Team Leader Training Simulation for Shipbuilding (m/f/d)

For our locations in Bremen (Vegesack) or Hamburg we are looking for one: Projektmanager (m/w/d) Your post in our crew Together with your team in the field of training and simulation as well as with external cooperation partners, you develop and coordinate land-based training facilities/reference facilities. These farms form the marine systems installed on board and are used for training, software testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.

You are responsible for the team's disciplinary and professional leadership, take responsibility for efficient allocation of tasks and drive forward the continuous development. The negotiation and tuning of technical requirements with our subcontractors as well as the coordination and control of their services is one of your tasks. As a central contact person for processes and content of the farms, you represent them to internal and external stakeholders and take over the voting with the end customer. You work closely with cooperation partners and suppliers who create the majority of the farms and optimize cooperation.

Completed technical studies e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, (technical) industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the marine or land plant simulation of marine projects Knowledge of training facilities/reference facilities First experience in personnel management with a cooperative, motivating leadership style Excellent communication skills in German and English as well as national readiness (approx.10%)
