Organisation and independent management, planning and implementation of demanding building logistics projects taking into account the economic and technical objectives Individually responsible control of construction logistics services in construction projects and independent management of construction site teams Reliable and first contact person:in for the client Staff deployment planning and management Subsequent design and implementation and the sale of additional services Monitoring of calculations, offers and construction processes and monitoring of construction site results Coordination and monitoring of specialist offices, planners and subcontractors involved in the project Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors Ensuring the contractual, technical and qualitative objectives of the project Responsibility for economic project success Compliance with safety and environmental protection at the construction site Regular monitoring and reporting of project status Instruction of the construction managers:internal and responsible monitoring of the works contracts with respect to compliance with statutory regulations Regular information and coordination with the building management in all essential technical and personal tasks Monitoring and control of quality, costs and dates Accounting and controlling of the performance Keeping internal and external meetings

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or comparable training Relevant professional experience in a comparable position desirable Multiannual professional experience in the field of project or construction management in construction logistics Extensive experience in building logistics or comparable Good knowledge of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and in one billing/calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) Openness for modern methods (BIM, Lean) Engaged, responsible and independent working Negotiations, enforcement and decision-making Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as a result-oriented way of working complete your profile
