You are an organizational institution, have a good sense for people, as well as for all issues relating to auditing accounts, cost monitoring and data management? As a project assistant, you are part of the project meetings in our construction projects and ensure that open topics are handled reliably. Professional support of project teams in project management for the planning and realization of construction projects Organisation, participation and follow-up of planning and construction meetings Coordinating offer creation and tracking Creating project-related evaluations, presentations and reports Supporting the project controlling by testing order data, yields and invoices of planners (HOAI) and companies (VOB) Data management using project-specific digital tools

Completed commercial, technical or property training or comparable qualification First professional experience in a comparative position (ideally already first experience in the field of construction and real estate, construction, architect's office or the like) Safe handling of MS-Office as well as communication strong in word and writing Loadability, self-initiative and number affinity
