The Residential Store Group – Redesigned Rooms

The residential store group combines different brands and competencies under a strong roof:

• General maintenance and small repairs on buildings, facilities and machines
• Glander Painting company: craftsmanship with focus on refurbishment, reconstruction and interior design
• Living-store: interior design, curtains, colors and living ideas
• Oak factory: parquet, table tops, online trade
• GLAN PARK Parkettmanufaktur in Dömitz: Regional production at the highest level

With nearly 80 employees at five locations, we design living spaces with a demand – creative, sustainable, handcrafted strong. Now we're looking for you as a mastermind (m/w/d) – the good soul of our locations, Tüftler, girls for everything and order guards with system.

• General maintenance and small repairs on buildings, facilities and machines
• Technical control and maintenance of simple machines (e.g. in parquet)
• Support for reconstruction and internal relocations (showrooms, offices, warehouses)
• Accompanying renovations and construction measures – hand in hand with the craftsman team
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness and function in indoor and outdoor areas
• Car park maintenance & coordination: organisation of TÜV terminals, workshop visits and maintenance
• Internal supply, transport of materials, tools and furniture between locations
• Delivery & support on construction sites – you keep the operation running
• Organization and maintenance of workshop area and tool
• You have a look: What must be done? You trade independently and reliably

• Handicraft skills, technical understanding & organizational skills
• Ideally first experience on construction sites or in the craft sector (no need!)
• Reliability, durability and team spirit
• willingness to learn and careful working
• Driving license class B & C1 (for truck / transporter)
• Structured, neat working style and an open, helpful appearance
• You are a macher type with heart, humor and a flaw for order
• Experience as a master, technician or all-rounder of advantage – cross-comers welcome
