As a team management (m/w/d) analysis and consulting, you take responsibility for the technical control of a central controlling area. Together with your team, you actively support the management and clinic management and contribute to the further development of analysis and control instruments. In this responsible position, you take over a strategically relevant management function evaluated by the E14 Group.

Technical, organizational and disciplinary management of a ten-member team Further development of controlling instruments and internal reporting Optimization of work processes in close cooperation with various departments Coordination of internal planning and coordination of central planning premises Advising the management and the hospital management in controlling-relevant questions Preparation of analyses and ad hoc evaluations

Complete business studies focusing on health management, health economics, business management, controlling or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in hospital controlling Embossed analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured, targeted and independent way of working Experience in the leadership of employees with cooperative and motivating leadership style Safe handling of MS Excel and ideally experience in handling BI systems
