Contact person for private customers with residues: determination of the level of demand Managing phone calls with customers, employers, banks, lawyers and insolvency administrators to find customer- and targeted solutions

Processing of the Mahnlauf and sending of reminders Initiation of enforcement in due course (e.g., account and salary, court officer, main customs office) Pronounce the power rest and the processing of balance lists Implementation and monitoring of appropriate partial payment and comparative financial statements Registration and supervision of claims in insolvency proceedings up to repayment Precipitation of non-realizable receivables

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Account Manager (m/w/d) knowledge of the field of dunning and enforcement and ideally also from insolvency law Use of MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and ideally with the industry-specific software 21c|ng Good understanding of numbers and very good communication skills High level of team capacity, commitment and service orientation
