Industrialization control: production transfer of prototypes / sample production into the series Planning and implementation of ramp-up phases including appointment, cost and quality responsibility Creation and maintenance of project plans, milestones and roadmaps as well as follow-up of work packages Risk and chance analyses incl. Implementation of measures to safeguard production start-up and establish and track a structured deviation and change management Ensuring feasibility (DFM) and testability (DFT) in close cooperation with development, quality, production and manufacturing engineering as well as controlling the procurement of relevant production equipment (e.g. machines, testing systems etc.) Coordination of resource planning (personnel, machinery, materials) in coordination with the departments as well as creation, maintenance and adaptation of production cost calculations Interface between the internal project teams (development, production, purchasing and sales) as well as the customer and the supplier

Complete vocational training as an electronics technician for equipment and systems or a comparable qualification in the field of electrical engineering with a further training to the technician/master/economy engineer Funded knowledge in the field of project management Practical experience in the ramp-up of technical manufacturing projects, ideally in electronics manufacturing Structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and organizational talent Fun at work in a dynamic and agile environment in interdisciplinary teams
