Technical object manager | TGA m/w/d Location: Munich_Zentrum Reference number: 2026-0868 Working time: Full time

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees in your object Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Control of the object team and planning of personnel use as well as ensuring the internal performance calculation of the associated employees Object responsibility for complex technical installations

Technical training as an electronics engineer for energy & building technology / energy plant electronics / electrical installer / plant mechanics SHK / installer for heating air conditioning Continuing training as technician, master, bachelor, engineer - in facility management and/or in technical building equipment, supply technology, heating-climate ventilation technology or electrical engineering 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally in SAP and Planon (CAFM System) Good negotiating skills as well as persuasiveness, cost awareness and high customer and service orientation German knowledge at least level C1 and driving licence class B
