As a team of innovation management, we support our colleagues in systematically transforming ideas into innovative solutions. We promote the development of necessary framework conditions and processes in order to implement innovation in a structured manner and coordinate cross-sector topics with a focus on innovation. The focus is on people and their cooperation. In the course of the technological-strategic orientation of the HPA, a scalable and safe use of artificial intelligence (AI) is to be established. You are involved in developing concepts and implementing prototypical software applications. In addition, you support the development and optimization of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and WordPress. As a working student*in, you identify IT technical solutions for challenges in business development and product and service development. Requirements of the product teams are translated into IT requirements by you and implemented in the second step. Your ideas are proactive – for example, in the development of approaches to the meaningful expansion of the tech stack incl. AI themes. You support smaller IT consulting projects in direct customer contact by preparing, implementing and preparing requirements workshops.

You are currently studying Bachelors or Masters in one of the following degree programs: Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Data Science or a comparable degree program. In addition, you have first experiences in programming (web) applications; especially in web development; Knowledge of PHP, CSS and JavaScript is desirable. In dealing with WordPress and Microsoft Power Platform you are routined. You are up to date with AI, LLM's, Computer Vision. In addition, you have basic knowledge in IT administration and handling IT infrastructures and software solutions. You will find creative solutions for IT problems and do not hesitate to immerse yourself in technical details. You describe your work as independent, structured and solution-oriented.
