Currently we are looking for:

Employees Hotline & Data Management m/w/d

Your tasks

• Supporting the technical IAM hotline in Europe and processing/distribution of incoming tickets
• Ensuring hotline functionality and accessibility
• Creation of technical guides
• Maintenance of relevant data and coordination with external providers including comparison of databases
• Exchange and coordination with business partners
• Procurement and analysis of competitive data
• cooperation that meets all legal requirements for sales products (in coordination with Procurement department)
• Participation in fairs
• Generation and distribution of specific reports, for example internal hotline reports
• Working with the expansion of the product portfolio (creation of OE parts, product improvements, new products)
• Passive representation in the IAM warranty department

Your profile:

• Complete technical/commercial vocational training or comparable
• First experiences in the hotline area desirable
• Affinity in the automotive sector
• Found MS Office knowledge
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• High self-responsibility and resilience during the retrofit season
• High flexibility, analytical thinking, strong communication and team skills
