Praktikant (m/w/d) im Operational Excellence (OEX)

As part of your internship/student activity, you will get a wide range of insights into the topics of Operational Excellence and support our team in the projects and in the daily business.

Take the following tasks: Support in the project “Video-assisted Employee Qualification”:Planning, Preparing and Creating Training Videos of Production Processes Voting the release of video content with relevant areas Help with the organisation and coordination of employee trainings

Support in the “Digitalization of Qualification Management” project Training of users in handling skills management software

It is possible to link these activities to the preparation of a final work.

Your qualification: Advanced studies in the field of engineering, economics, business management or a comparable subject You are safe in handling MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) You have made first experiences with project management, video recording and editing or want to learn it You have very good German and English skills (further foreign languages are advantageous) With your own initiative, ready-to-use and organisational skills, you can strengthen our team
