With Nautos, DIN Media offers customers a standard management solution for managing standards, i.e. standards and technical rules. With our software, companies can act legally and compliant with legal regulations and receive targeted, timely and targeted information. As a support specialist (m/w/d), the following tasks await you: Editing customer requests on technical issues and processes in Nautos as well as solutions to problems in the use of the standard management solution through excellent customer service, consulting and marketing with the aim of sustainable customer retention and satisfaction as well as sales protection Customer contact care, content and licensing advice as well as creating customer-specific process descriptions Edit incoming inquiries in the form of tickets and correspondence with customers as well as various internal specialist areas at DIN Media Managing administrative tasks within the framework of standards management, including: managing users, groups and profiles Processing of customer orders Management of documents and customer subscriptions Accounting Support and advice for user questions Creation and analysis of reports

Completed vocational training in commercial or technical fields First experience in technical customer support and user support desirable Ideally, first experience in project management and process modeling as well as in dealing with databases or document management systems High affinity for technical topics and software solutions Joy of work close to sales and courage to commemorate High service orientation and pronounced communication skills Quick conception, desire for independent work and joy in team work Funded knowledge of current MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German and English
