Upper medical activity in the clinic and Polyclinic for Neck-Nasen-Ohrenheilkunde Self-fulfilment and management of surgical interventions of the department in accordance with the supply order of the clinic Upper medical supervision of stationary and outpatient patient care in the area of responsibility incl. Indication, diagnostics, therapy planning and aftercare Instructions, supervision and professional training of medical staff (assistant physicians, specialist doctors) Interdisciplinary cooperation (including in conferences/boards) and participation in the further development of clinical standards/sOPs and quality assurance measures Participation in research projects (studies, publications, third-party activity) Participation in student teaching as well as in medical training including curricular implementation and examination tasks Participation in medical call/professional services according to service plan

Approbation as a doctor Specialist in Neck-Nasen-Ohrenheilkunde Proven comprehensive operational expertise in subject-specific surgery Plastic operations or allergology, preferably in addition/alternative medicamentous tumor therapy are desired Habilitation completed or habilitation in advanced version or habilitation-worthy scientific achievements Detection of apprenticeship qualification (high-indebtedness qualification or equivalent) leadership competence, responsibility, communication and team skills Willingness to participate actively in the strategic development of the department

Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the e-grouping rules of the respective domestic collective agreement of the medical staff and is possible in the case of the presence of the personal requirement in the A4 remuneration group.
