In 2026, we introduce BRITA Vivreau SAP and SMT (Service Management Tool) to help you create and maintain our training and project documentation. If you are happy to accompany projects and gain insights into the introduction of new systems, you are right with us.

Based on SAP/SMT‐Key‐User-Trainings, you will create structured and understandable click instructions Existing SAP documents rework, update and translate if necessary You reliably ensure the topicality of the training documents throughout the project Through your structured and comprehensible way of working, you will ensure a clean placement and version of the documents in SharePoint In preparation for the end-user trainings, you actively contribute and keep organizational details at any time in mind Questions, feedback and changes from training meetings or project meetings are carefully documented and prepare them for further steps In cooperation with Key Usern, project team and specialist departments, you will ensure a smooth flow of information After Go Live, you will accompany the project team in the Hypercare phase and assist in ensuring stable processes In the general commercial project work, you support the team reliably and perform organizational and administrative tasks in the course of the project With the ticket system in Microsoft Dynamics, you can take on tasks such as recording, assignment or tracking of feedback

You are currently studying economics, ideally related to project management or organizational issues First practical experience in creating or maintaining documentation or training documents is advantageous With Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word, you work safely and structured Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing A careful, independent and structured way of working distinguishes you The preparation of knowledge and the presentation of complex content will make you enjoy Openness to new systems such as SAP or SMT naturally belongs to you Reliability, sense of responsibility and team orientation complete your profile
