You take the technical responsibility for our voice and chatbot platform as well as our customer and partner portal and develop both solutions strategically and continuously. You create intelligent Conversational AI solutions, care intents, optimierst dialogue flows and make sure that our digital assistants solve customer requests efficiently, understandably and user-oriented. You prioritize the Product Backlog, shape user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria and work closely with development, UX, support, sales and external platform partners to successfully implement new functions. You control releases, tests and rollouts, accompany the onboarding of new customers and partners and develop measures that sustainably increase usage, acceptance and customer satisfaction. You analyze usage data, customer feedback and relevant KPIs, conduct optimization potentials and communicate roadmap, results and action recommendations to internal stakeholders.
A completed study of Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communication Sciences or a comparable subject area, preferably at a renowned university, combined with a pronounced quality standards, analytical excellence and passion for digital products. First detectable successes as Product Owner, Product Manager, Customer Success or a comparable role at the interface between customers, business and technology. Also dedicated professionals with relevant internships or student experience are welcome. A good technical understanding, enthusiasm for digital platforms and ideally first experiences with chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI or customer portals.
