The Department of Commercial Order Management is globally responsible for the commercial order processing including residual value calculation of used vehicles. This includes both internal and external stakeholders.

MAN has one of the most striking and innovative SAP VMS systems in Europe. As part of the MTB-specific sales processes on SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8, the required SAP VMS consulting and software services are available. Since 2004, the ESA system (ESA = Unified Structure External Organisation) has been introduced into the sales subsidiaries of MAN Truck & Bus SE and is constantly evolving. The system is still being used in 21 European countries. As a SAP Consultant (w/m/d) in the department, you are responsible for the successful implementation of projects, demands and ensuring the company.

Project work:

Accompanying the SAP upgrade from R/3 to S4HANA Analysis and definition of business processes and their mapping in SAP-VMS Agiles project management and coordination between the different stakeholders Implementation of workshops and training for users and key users Consultancy and support of our stakeholders and demand leaders in the implementation and optimization of SAP VMS solutions Creation of user stories based on business requirements and transfer to technical specifications and documentation

Operation:

Support for 3rd level support and further development of existing SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD) Implementation of bug analyses and troubleshooting and support in the continuous improvement of the system landscape Close cooperation with the international units of the MAN Truck & Bus SE “VW Group Digital Services” at the locations Lisbon and India as well as control of external service providers

Completed degree (Master/Diplom) of the Department of Computer Science, Business Informatics or Similar Multiannual professional experience in digitization/IT and SAP VMS, SD & MM environment Embossed process management skills and multi-year experience in SAP, SAP-VMS module desirable Basic knowledge of the development and adaptation of SAP applications (ABAP) Very high demand for the quality and completeness of the realization in order to ensure that the process processes - in particular with regard to their customer effectiveness - can be carried out error-free and on time. High level of entrepreneurial, analytical and conceptual skills Impressed team capacity with fun in cross-departmental and international cooperation in line functions and projects Very good language skills in German and English complete your profile Experience in dealing with Portuguese and/or Indian culture
