You are responsible for order acceptance and the disposition of incoming orders You maintain and manage our goods management system You determine the need, pick up offers and take care of the ordering of our goods The delivery termination and coordination as well as the creation of the delivery documents and accompanying documents are also part of your tasks General administrative tasks such as office management, information processing, documentation and correspondence are handled by you You assist in the acceptance of goods, incoming goods, inventory control and proper storage

A successfully completed training as a forwarding businessman or a comparable commercial training with first experience in MRP & Logistics Very good MS Office knowledge Customer friendliness, empathy and good communication skills Reliability, teamability and ability to look over the rim of the plate An independent working, self-responsibility and quality awareness Very good German knowledge and a pronounced expressiveness in word and writing In addition, good English skills are advantageous
