Derive, structure, and prioritize user stories while managing the backlog effectively

Coordinate interdisciplinary and cross-teams for the implementation of new features in online refraction solutions

Guide and instruct the Development Team, managing technical dependencies to ensure smooth progress

Ensure all software releases are bug-free and meet customer expectations, with a focus on on-time delivery of the committed scope

Maintain close alignment with the head of the digital measurement platform regarding feature priorities, product strategy, and the technological roadmap

Stay updated on trends and advancements in refraction technology to inform product development

Realize new ideas and provide creative solutions to existing challenges in product development

Oversee post-launch product performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting regular reviews, and recommending corrective actions to improve processes

Successfully completed masters/diploma degree in the field of vision science / optometry / medical engineering / computer science / business informatics or a relevant adjacent subject. Ph.D. will appreciate

Proven record of self-driven/autonomous agile product ownership throughout the entire product life including crossfunctional collaboration in an international setup, experience in medical device development is a plus

Expertise in driving innovations related to optometry/vision science and digital technologies

Analytical and data-driven mindset with a good understanding of customer & consumer needs

High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic and changing environments

Fluent verbal and written communication in English
