Our team in development is now looking for dedicated support in the project management for our Hybrid Powertrain project. We are a motivated and interdisciplinary team working closely with many areas within the Mercedes-Benz development. We offer you exciting tasks, the opportunity to introduce your own ideas and a collegial working environment. We place particular emphasis on open and effective communication between employees. Your tasks: Support in the planning, control and monitoring of development projects Preparation and accompaniment of management meetings and committees (e.g. creation of presentations, agenda voting, protocol management) using modern aid tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot Communication and coordination with various stakeholders within the development Using the creation of status reports and decision templates for management Analysis of project data and derivation of action recommendations Documentation of project progress and results Creating and maintaining project schedules and organization charts The activity can begin from March 2026.

Continuous studies in the field of engineering, economics or a comparable degree course (technical or economic orientation) Impressed communication skills and joy in exchange with different hierarchical levels Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS teams), ideally experience with forum management tools.
