For this very demanding market, the Göttingen site delivers highly complex opto-mechanical modules, subsystems and components for applications in lithography, wafer inspection, chip bonding and packaging. In addition, this site manufactures and supplies a wide range of optical and mechanical components to complete optical systems to support scientific research and development and industrial production.
