Your tasks:

• You accompany young people and young adults as part of the outpatients help to educate and in supervised youth lives on your way to an independent life
• Together, their realistic perspectives develop around everyday life, school, training, profession, finance and personal goals
• You strengthen resources, promote self-responsibility and support in difficult or conflicting situations
• Help planning, documentation and cooperation with youth offices, families and other network partners are part of your daily work
• In the team, you regularly exchange for cases and actively shape our educational offers
• In exchange with your colleagues, you take on willingness to call and are reliable even in special situations

Your profile:

• You have a completed study of social education, social work or a comparable educational qualification
• experience in child and youth assistance, the outpatient assistance for education or in the supervised youth
• You desire young people to appreciate, empathically and at eye level
• At the same time, you can set clear limits, act bindingly and keep a cool head in challenging situations
• Self-employed, structured and responsible work is yours
• Team spirit, reflectivity and joy in modern educational work
• Participation in willingness to call is of course for you
• Class B licence
