Working as a sweater (m/w/d) in full time offers you exciting and versatile activities that challenge and promote your craft skills. You will work in a dynamic team and have the opportunity to act independently and introduce your expertise. Whether in the operation of the welding robot or during precise reworking – the quality is at the heart of your work.

• You are responsible for the independent welding of individual parts by drawing.
• You serve the welding robot and perform rework by grinding and welding.
• You work welds with flex and remove materials with hammer and chisel.
• You bring your craft skills into the processing and finishing of high-quality workpieces.

We are looking for

In order to successfully start as a welder (m/w/d), you should meet some important requirements. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic talents that not only have craft skills but are also open to new challenges.

• You have knowledge of manual welding.
• You can work responsibly and go straight with technical drawings.
• You have a driver's license and your own vehicle.
• You have German knowledge on at least B2 level to communicate safely and clearly.
• You are ready to work in the 2-layer system (6–14 pm/14–22 pm).
