Tailored solutions: Develop and implement tailor-made solutions for our customers for Group Accounting, Financial Planning and Disclosure Management with the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform. Process design: Designs and optimize end-to-end financial processes – from data collection to consolidated reporting. Technical and implementation concepts: develop audit-proof technical and implementation concepts, for example for IFRS conversions and proforma consolidations, and implement them as an expert with our customers. Coaching & Workshops: Share your knowledge in customer training and implementation workshops – locally with our customers and remote. Acquise support: Support new customer acquisitions through product presentations as well as professional contributions in sales pitches and supply processes. Project management: actively accompany our customer projects – from the support of the overall project management to the independent takeover of subprojects. Digital Transformation: Join our medium-sized customers in the introduction of digital financial processes and innovative systems.

We look forward to this:

A completed degree in Finance, Accounting or a comparable degree course – ideally with Master's degree. First professional experience in consulting (e.g. audit-related activities, corporate finance, transaction advisory services) optionally practical experience in group accounting or Group Controlling. As an alternative experience in finance software projects, if there is a deep understanding of financial processes. Very good understanding of accounting (HGB), consolidation and integrated financial planning as well as sound IFRS knowledge. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously – combined with the ability to solve complex issues critically, structured and creatively. Practical experience in implementation-oriented projects, ideally with Lucanet or comparable software solutions. Motivation to develop yourself into the Lucanet Power User – with the clear focus on creating real added value for our customers. High commitment and joy in close cooperation with specialist areas and decision-makers in the middle class. A pronounced number affinity, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, structured working methods and interest to take responsibility in direct customer contact as well as very good knowledge of German and English.
