Process Manager Internal Control System (m/w/d) in full or part-time (min. 30 h/w) Location selection at our offices in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein

Your tasks You develop and implement a company-wide internal control system as well as a control plan and make sure that all internal controls meet legal and regulatory requirements You monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and document the controls of 1st and 2nd Line of Defence in reporting You analyse the Bank's business processes from a risk assessment and develop measures to eliminate risk-affected processes to align the control plan accordingly You will start work reports and presentations for the management and train our colleagues on IKS topics You work closely with other control and corporate units of the Bank and are actively involved in projects on compliance and IKS topics Your profile You bring a completed university degree in a relevant field, such as the business economy, You have experience in process management and an activity in a control unit, such as IKS or compliance Area of a bank or in a comparable position You are familiar with the legal and regulatory frameworks that apply to banks and financial services institutions and in particular to the 2nd Line of Defence You draw your attention through detailed work and analytical thinking You are a team player and able to work across areas Communicative networking is just as good for you as your use with high flexibility Your Benefits Compensation according to the collective agreement of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks with a classification based on individual experience Safe workplace with permanent employment contract, 13.
