Construction Manager TGA HLS Building Construction (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced building manager (m/w/d) TGA/HLS, who manages our construction projects independently and contributes to project success with his technical know-how. Self-developing of TGA/HLS projects of different sizes Control and coordination of the assembly and commissioning services of the after-contractors in the field of HLS Monitoring and expert evaluation of the services carried out Creation of measurement, testing and acceptance protocols and project documentation Ensuring compliance with all requirements on safety, quality and construction site regulations Participation in construction meetings and coordination with project participants.

Complete technical studies or comparable training in the field of supply technology, building technology or construction Multiannual experience as a construction manager in the TGA/HLS area Funded knowledge in the management of subcontractors and project coordination Excellent quality and safety awareness Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Teamability, enforcement and organisational skills
