In order to support our company, we are looking for a responsible personality for the care and organization of our real estate at the next possible time. Our stock includes four predominantly self-used commercial properties in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern – two in Rostock as well as one in Greifswald and Stralsund, which are partially rented to external tenants. Since there has not been a separate real estate administration, this area will be structured and supervised internally in the future. In this position, you take over the central coordination of all property-related topics – from the tenant communication to sightseeing, to the preparation of bills and the general object organization. You work independently and help establish clear and efficient management structures. .
