You are responsible for the short, medium and long-term capacity planning of all production sites in the D‐A‐CH region together with your team This ensures the optimal availability of our finished products, analyse deviations consistently and ensure a fast, sustainable problem solution Potential risks such as potential stock-outs identify you early, assess their causes and derive effective prevention and countermeasures You develop optimization potentials in the production network, including through the implementation and use of cross-work network analyses In addition, you drive cross-work optimizations by accompanying the works at the transition from the SNP plan to the short-term PP/DS plan and establishing uniform standards for capacities, utilisation and relevant central KPIs In addition, you will significantly contribute to local and global S&OP processes, support product inflow and outflow and bring your know-how into the further development of our planning systems (e.g. S/4HANA, IBP Response & Supply)

At least 7 years of professional experience in supply planning in the FMCG industry, with your completed BWL study focusing on SCM, logistics or production forming the basis of your success Multiannual experience in motivating and profit-proof personnel management and development, coupled with your pleasure to make decisions Funded knowledge of end-to-end planning processes, in particular in the areas of capacity planning, network optimization, S&OP and inventory and production control Expressed analytical and conceptual capabilities to fully evaluate and optimise complex production and delivery networks Expertise in handling SAP, especially around SAP IBP/SAP APO Liability and your convincing appearance, especially in the intercultural environment English language skills complete all this
