As an SAP project manager, you will be responsible for the project success. You will develop solutions with our colleagues on a wide range of consulting projects and be the central contact person for our customers. You will be understood as an expert for the various professional processes for our customers including The common market systems involved. (focus on SAP). With us you will find the exciting part of such projects and no blunt Excel list editing. You will actively contribute to the development of solutions. An essential part of your work, however, is the transport of the solution options to the customer, the realization of decisions and the entire communication with the customer and the acquisition of follow-up orders. There is the possibility that you will develop into the head of our consulting area and lead this incl. the staff. We deliberately select only the parts of large-scale projects from which our innovative technology is used and we can therefore solve more complex tasks more automatically. You will find yourself in the technical parts of the project. These are, for example, large S/4 transformation projects, migration projects or data analytic projects outside the SAP world. You have a high degree of freedom and flexibility in your work, even though the customer is leading us. You will use the MIND builder to form automatic relationships and translate technical questions from the technical data to the customer. Here you can support new products in the MIND building. Your activity takes place mainly remotely, but in the meantime travel activities related to the project can be carried out.

You have many years of experience in the energy industry and the systems contained therein (especially in the context of SAP, also like resystems such as EDM, CRM or MaKo). Ideal would be experience in the new S/4 HANA modules. You are an open, free-speaking person who has an empathic radiation. Overall, presentations before people and the like do not matter. You take responsibility and drive independent topics and projects. You have experience in transformation projects and management of projects and small teams. You are a driver of being, who recognizes independent problems and finds independently suitable solutions. At the same time, you are reflected enough to question yourself, involve other thoughts and are someone who cares to empower the team as a whole. You maintain an open and constructive feedback.
