In our new base in Wahlstedt we work as part of the cared for housing, so you can reach our clients directly on site. for our outpatient intensive care service Fördepflege specialises in the high-quality care and care of people who are subject to intensive care and breathing, the care takes place in the apartments of the clients and the common rooms in a 24-hour service. Our task is to enable clients to live a life characterised by self-employment, dignity and as many amenities as possible. It is very important for us to include family members in the care process. As a nursing service, you will be responsible for our support points in Kiel and Wahlstedt.

Ensuring the lifesatisfaction of our residents as well as our quality level according to the guidelines, objectives and principles of the establishment Leadership, training, guidance and development of nurses taking into account care concepts, nursing standards and qualifications Need-oriented personnel deployment, service and holiday planning Planning, coordination and evaluation of care and work processes plus quality assurance representation of our interior and exterior as well as optimisation of customer advertising

You have a successfully completed training for the elderly caregiver or health caregiver (m/w/d) with at least two years of intensive experience in the last 5 years (probable) You have completed your studies in the field of care or the recognition of care services You have the additional qualification for the care expert for extra-clinical ventilation according to the Federal Framework Recommendation
