The Federal Association of Motor Vehicle Crafts (BIV) is a service provider of 27.023 motor vehicle workshops in Germany with 324,300 employees. It includes 14 national associations with 236 motor vehicles. We take account of the interests of the motor vehicle and promote the economic and social interests of the members of the national associations (Kfz-Innungen und -betriebe). Through our work, we support car workshops to be able to work successfully. With your proven expertise in vocational training and training, you will contribute to the further development of modern, legal and future-oriented quality structures. As a specialist for national associations, innations, audit committees, ministries and social partners, you will be able to introduce your education policy expertise into central coordination and regulatory processes.

Participation in the design of training and training regulations in motor vehicles. Technical support and evaluation of framework curricula, taking into account the right of vocational training (particularly BBiG and HwO). In order to clarify complex questions about innations and examination committees (basic, training and master's examinations). Development of training profiles and quality standards in the context of technological transformation (e.g. electromobility or digitization). Participation in national bodies, specialist groups and coordination processes at federal level. Preparation of opinions, position papers and expert opinions on vocational training and trade policy issues. Technical support for scientific projects in the field of vocational training. Participation in education, assessment and strategic development of educational policy support programmes at national and European level.

Completed university studies (Master / Diploma) - ideally on DQR level 7 - in the field of vocational and economic education, education or a comparable subject. Multiannual experience in the design and organization of vocational training. Knowledge of vocational training law (BBiG, HwO and examination). Experience in the work of bodies and in dealing with ministries, chambers or associations. At best, in-depth knowledge of the structures and particularities of vocational training in motor vehicles.
