Your tasks: Technical, organizational and personnel management of a 9-member team in the field of cleaning and laundry Ensure further development of territorial plans, stabilise hygiene standards and reliable quality structures Ensuring high quality cleaning and laundry Compliance with all hygiene, work and accident prevention regulations Organisation, control and further development of work processes Material disposition, storage and economical use of cleaning agents and consumables Examination and factual approval of invoices in the area of responsibility Inventories (e.g. flat and frottier laundry) Participation in the introduction and further development of the quality management system Complaint management in the household sector Service and holiday planning as well as personnel development

Your profile: Multiannual professional experience in the field of agriculture, ideally with management function Knowledge of cleaning, laundry and hygiene standards Organizational and structured working Leadership and decision-making skills Standing for operational cooperation Responsibility in dealing with resources and budgets We are looking for a personality that creates clarity, takes responsibility and leads a team stable.
