Professional and disciplinary leadership of the 3-person payroll team Professional responsibility for the correct and timely implementation of the pay bill and all other processes and procedures of the department Payment and maintenance of the personal data of a subsidiary with our personal software P&I LOGA First: internal:r Sparringspartner:in for the Payroll team and the management Competent representative for tax and social insurance matters for employees, executives, authorities, etc. Review and continuous improvement of processes, standards and key figures relating to payment accounting Compilation of evaluations, statistics, provisions and responsibility for reporting Active participation in the further development and digitization of the processes Close cooperation with personnel department, accounting and controlling

completed economic studies or alternatively completed commercial training Founded multiannual professional experience in operating pay billing Practical handling of Payroll IT systems desirable, ideally P&I LOGA Management practice associated with secure social insurance and tax-related knowledge Services and ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way Solution-oriented and independent operation High sense of responsibility and negotiation skills and conflictability Safe appearance and very good self-management Joy of team work and communication strength
