You are responsible for receipt of goods, picking and return processing in the warehouse You have the strategic responsibility for picking and providing the goods at the right time, in the right quality and quantity and ensuring that the operation is smooth and safe You are professionally responsible for a team of several supervisors and guide up to 100 professional employees in discipline. In addition, you perform various tasks in the field of personnel management to develop and motivate your team You optimize structures and processes within your area in close coordination with the team leader (m/w/d) Transport Together with your team, you regularly analyze relevant key figures and reports and take appropriate measures to increase efficiency You are responsible for compliance with all security regulations and for implementing LEAN initiatives together with LEAN Agent (m/w/d)

You have the POWER to lead the inventor of the discount and take responsibility You have completed your studies in the field of economics (optimal with the focus on logistics or commerce), a further education on the logistics or trading specialist (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience or a comparable degree of training You already have several years of experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees as well as industry-specific professional experience, ideally in a similar environment, You are a communication-strong personality with self-confident appearance and assertiveness Experience with digital logistics systems (ideally SAP eWM) and advanced knowledge in MS Office complete your profile
