Payroll Accountant - Payroll / Sage (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the monthly wage and salary billing for our employees with Sage and ensure the correct master data maintenance. As a central contact person, you advise our staff competently on all issues relating to salary, taxes and social security. You take the recording of the working hours of temporary workers and check the invoices of the personal service providers in consultation with the departments. You ensure the timely reporting and smooth communication with social security institutions, financial offices and authorities. You actively participate in the further development and digitization of our payroll processes and bring your ideas to an improvement.

You have a commercial training and have at least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting. In the right to pay tax and social security, as well as in dealing with collective wages, ideally in the production environment, you are saddle-proof. You work with common accounting systems – ideally you already know yourself with Sage – and master MS Office. Your work is structured and independent, with the utmost care and responsibility in handling sensitive data. You can communicate safely in German (C1); English skills are a plus.
