Your tasks: Here you can design

• Together with young people (14–18 years) you develop perspectives from the Autism spectrum that take into account their individual resources.
• You give safety and orientation in everyday life through clear structures.
• You can experience self-reality, create leisure activities and translate between the “non-autistic” and the “autistic” world.
• You take services on weekends and holidays, as well as night willingness, alternating with your team.

• Education as a nurse:in, educator:in or studies in social work, social education, psychology, special education, education
• You are reliable, solution-oriented and a real team player
• You work independently, are flexible and ideally have a driving licence
