Implementation of WIG welding work (process 141) on pipelines and pressure equipment according to AD 2000 control unit Scope includes:stump and throat seams on pipes Materials according to FM1-FM3 (unalloyed and heat-resistant steels) Wall thickness range 1.5 to 10 mm Pipe diameter from 12 mm Welding positions in all layers incl. Forced positions (H-L045) one-sided welding without welding bath protection and multilayer design

at least 3 years of experience in WIG welding of pipelines and pipe production Knowledge of the handling of X-ray-proof welding techniques and methods is essential Ideally experience in the condition of welding robots & laser welding systems WIG welding certifications high quality awareness Knowledge of manufacturing welded joints Experience in performing welding inspections and assessing welds by visual inspection is welcomed You like to work in the team and are reliable
