Working Student Change and Communication S/4HANA Transformation Project (m/f/d)

Strengthen our Strategy & Transformation area in Munich (Germany) at the next possible time.

• Supporting the change and communication stream for the global S/4HANA transformation program

• Content creation and editorial in close consultation with the team: Texts for different communication channels, News, Q&As, Guides, Announcements, Mailings

• Creation and revision of presentations incl. Storyline, visualization and uniform layout according to exact specifications

• With the help of the preparation and follow-up of management meetings and workshops

• Accompanying events (organization, documentation and feedback collection)

• Maintenance and administration of content in the company's Intranet (including content creation/maintenance, updates, structuring of content) and quality assurance

• Project communication and status material: Support for status overviews, project updates and, if necessary, evaluations on progress, resources and budget (in coordination with PMO)

• Studies in Communications/Media Science, BWL, Business Informatics, Psychology or Humanities

• Detection of secure text competence

• Creativity and precision in the production of films

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Teams)

• First experiences in change management and internal communication of advantage

• First experiences with Intranet/CMS/Portal Care

• Structured operation and organizational strength

• High motivation, reliability and flexibility

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
