In your role as an intern:in Young Talent Development (m/w/d) at Minden, you can make your personal contribution to our goals for a period of 6 months.

As an intern:in the field of Young Talent Development, you actively undertake the following tasks: Assessment Implementation: Support for the operational and administrative implementation of assessment centres (e.g. preparation of documents, supervision of procedures, support of evaluators) Junior staff: participation in the deployment planning of junior staff, incl. coordination with specialist areas and care of overviews Onboarding: Accompanying onboarding measures for trainees and dual students (e.g. preparation of materials, organisation of introductory days, clarification of organizational questions) Takeover design: Support for the takeover of junior staff after completion of training, e.g. by networking with teams or coordination of incoming requests Communication of young people: Pre- and post-preparation of feedback and sample-time talks and support in internal communication with site instructors: women, training officers and junior staff (e.g. infomails, appointment updates, memories) Event management: Support for events, e.g. Azubi days, information events or fairs Reporting: Data management and reporting to ensure current overviews and status reports

You are immatricated:r Student:in or in the Gap Year between Bachelor and Master - ideally in the field of psychology, BWL with focus on staff, pedagogy, organizational sciences or a comparable degree program Practical experience: You bring first practical experiences in the HR or organizational environment Structured working methods & organisational pleasure: You are characterized by a structured, careful and reliable way of working, combined with joy in organization and coordination Communication capability: You are strong in communication, go actively towards people, answer questions and thus contribute to smooth processes Own initiative: You can take tasks independently and responsibly and show your own initiative Readiness to travel: You are open to travel to other locations within Germany to support the team at training sites (e.g. at assessment centers or onboarding days) on site Tools: You are safe in handling MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Language competence: You have very good written and oral communication skills in German
