As an intern:in the field of Young Talent Development, you actively undertake the following tasks: Assessment Implementation: Support for the operational and administrative implementation of assessment centres (e.g. preparation of documents, supervision of procedures, support of evaluators) Junior staff: participation in the deployment planning of junior staff, incl. coordination with specialist areas and care of overviews Onboarding: Accompanying onboarding measures for trainees and dual students (e.g. preparation of materials, organisation of introductory days, clarification of organizational questions) Takeover design: Support for the takeover of junior staff after completion of training, e.g. by networking with teams or coordination of incoming requests Communication of young people: Pre- and post-preparation of feedback and sample-time talks and support in internal communication with site instructors: women, training officers and junior staff (e.g. infomails, appointment updates, memories) Event management: Support for events, e.g. Azubi days, information events or fairs Reporting: Data management and reporting to ensure current overviews and status reports
