System Engineer IT (m/w/d) You take over the operation, administration and the continuous development of our Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID environments and ensure the reliable operation of central server and infrastructure components such as Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and file and print services. The management and optimization of endpoint and device management via Intune as well as the operation and further development of our virtualization and VDI platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Omnissa Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop) are part of your responsibility. By monitoring systems, analyzing errors and the sustainable processing of incidents and service requests in 1st and 2nd level support, you ensure a stable operational IT operation. As part of standardized IT lifecycle processes, you carry out deployments, changes, relocations and updates, as well as the exchange and extraction of hardware and software. In addition, you enter mobile devices and mobile radio contracts. Another focus of your activity is the support and further development of central specialist applications, especially in the HR and Finance environment (e.g. SAP HCM and other HR and finance systems). You will advise the departments and support the implementation of applications and interfaces. Technical documentation, knowledge database entries and user manuals are set up and you are self-sufficient. You are also responsible for the structured management of tickets and IT assets in the ITSM system. In addition, you coordinate and tax external service providers and actively participate in IT service management (Incident, Request and Change Management). The monitoring of SLAs, quality assurance, and the continuous optimization of IT processes are one of your tasks as well as participation in 24/7-on-demand call support.

You have a degree or training in the field of computer science, IT or have a comparable qualification. You also bring several years of experience in the administration of modern Microsoft infrastructures. These include Windows Server and Clients, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune as well as virtualization and VDI environments such as VMware, Horizon and Azure Virtual Desktop. In IT service management, you are well aware of your knowledge and knowledge in the areas of incident, request and change management. You are also familiar with the handling of monitoring and ticket systems as well as a structured authorization management. Ideally, you have been able to gain experience in the support and further development of central specialist applications, in particular in the HR and Finance environment, for example with SAP HCM and other HR or finance systems. You can design cooperation with internal departments and external service providers professionally and in partnership. A pronounced service orientation, communication strength and team capacity are just as good as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Even in challenging situations, you work reliably, keep an overview and convince by your high load capacity.
