After Timo and Otmar Horl's design and construction competencies were the first generation of roller grinders, we left the local factory cellar and are represented today with two office locations in Freiburg. Together with our growing team, we continue to write the HORL® history and look forward to attracting more and more people both nationally and internationally.

First Impression & reception You are the first contact person for visitors, partners and service providers and you are the first impression of our company. With your open, professional way, you can create an atmosphere where people feel immediately welcome. You work closely with our founder Otmar Horl, supported in the shop and soar for a harmonious, high-quality appearance of our site at any time. With your eye for detail, you take care of the many little things that make the difference. Procurement & location organization You make sure our location works smoothly in everyday life. You organize materials, coordinate service providers and keep all processes running reliably in the background. Structured, pragmatic and with view for the whole. Event support & internal coordination You support internal events, prepare spaces and coordinate external partners. Together with internal teams, you will arrange for a professional run and a consistent overall experience. Coordination You are interface to landlords and service providers, coordinate repairs and ensure that our work environment is functional and well organized at any time. Focusing on implementation instead of technology. Inhouse Logistics You control and coordinate storage movements, take care of internal orders and, in particular in the context of trade fairs, in coordination with adjacent areas, ensure that fair materials and products are reliably provided

You have a strong feeling for people and situations and understand how decisive a strong first impression is. With your open, friendly and professional way you represent our company authentic. You have an eye for detail and recognize the small things that make the difference in everyday life and take care of it proactively. You work structured, reliable and independent and keep an overview of several topics in parallel. Your Hands-on mentality helps you find pragmatic solutions and really implement things. Organizational talent, care and a binding appearance are yours. Commercial training or comparable experience is advantageous.
