Management and overall responsibility for the implementation of complex large-scale projects in the field of renewable energies – they take over the project after the conception and drive the development through the approval and realization to start-up Development and implementation of strategic plans to further develop the business area, including market analyses, potential assessments and technology roadmaps Responsibility for the planning, control and achievement of goals in all phases of the project – taking into account economic, technical and regulatory frameworks Ensuring environmental, quality and safety standards in accordance with internal guidelines and external requirements (including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, EMAS) Network building and maintenance in the field of geothermal energy and adjacent renewable technologies (e.g. power-to-heat, storage solutions, heat networks) Effective risk and opportunities management, identification of critical project factors and development of sustainable strategic solutions Leadership and control of interdisciplinary project teams as well as selection and coordination of external partners, service providers and authorities

Detectable leadership experience in managing complex major projects in the infrastructure or energy sector – ideally with overall responsibility over all phases of the project Graduate degree in engineering, energy engineering, geosciences or a comparable technical discipline Funded expertise in the management of technically demanding large-scale projects, ideally with direct reference to renewable energies – experience in geothermal energy or deep geothermal projects is of advantage Very good knowledge of building and environmental law, licensing procedures and relevant standards and management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 45001, EMAS) Experience in risk management, the development of strategic solutions and the use of control instruments in project controlling Impressed leadership and decision-making skills in interdisciplinary and dynamic project contexts – also under high political and public interest Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – especially in dealing with municipal representatives, authorities, investors and project partners Sovereign appearance towards political actors and public bodies, as well as the ability to strategically balance interests Experience in handling digital project management tools, ideally complemented by knowledge in SAP (e.g. PS, CO) and common planning or BIM systems High level of initiative, target orientation and innovation joy – especially in the standardisation of complex projects, integration of new technologies and cooperation models
