You control the entire recruiting process for professionals and managers independently – from the definition of the request profile to the selection to the contract and onboarding process. With creative recruiting and active-sourcing strategies you identify and win matching talents. As a Sparring partner*in, you advise and accompany our executives along the entire recruiting and selection process. With a professional and value-adding communication, you create a positive candidate experience and accompany applicants through the entire recruiting process – from initial contact to interview. In the development and development of regular recruiting reports, you will participate in analysing relevant key figures and thereby initiate concrete optimization measures. As part of our further growth, you actively collaborate with the People & Culture Recruiting Processes, Standards and Structures team and bring your own ideas into play.

Your technical background is based on a successfully completed degree in human resources management, business management, (economic)psychology or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in operational recruiting - ideally in engineering, geology or environmental fields. You could already gain experience with a HR management system, ideally with Personio. Active Sourcing via LinkedIn as well as the direct address of candidates belong to your professional everyday life. An independent, structured and organized way of working distinguishes you as well as your communication strength and your binding appearance. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level) you are sure to use in everyday professional life.
