Structured speaking time organization: You take over the preparation and follow-up of the speaking hours and create optimal conditions for efficient patient care. Reliable patient administration: You coordinate appointments, maintain documentation and support a careful organization of patient processes. You have completed training for medical specialists (w/m/d). You are a dedicated, communicative and team-capable personality who lives professionalism, empathy and humanity in dealing with patients and colleagues. You are characterized by their own initiative, sense of responsibility and a structured, organized way of working. You also keep an overview in a dynamic working day and work reliably as well as solution-oriented. You are interested in medical care and want to actively contribute to high-quality patient care. You ideally have knowledge of Doctolib, MS Office and InSuite or are ready to work quickly into these systems.
