That's what we're dealing with: You actively build up the customer base at the new Hubland location. You develop approaches to attracting new private customers. You’re puggling networks in the regional environment and using them specifically for acquisition. You position the Sparkasse as a modern first point of contact for competent advice at the Hubland. You accompany customers from first contact to long-term care. That's what you bring: You have a completed training as a savings bank/bank merchant (m/w/d) and a further training as a savings bank/bank specialist. You enjoy the distribution of financial services and basic knowledge of customer consulting as well as sound knowledge of the private customer product range. You have very good contact and communication skills as well as a safe occurrence. You have a high motivation to actively shape our new location. You are ready to learn and open to new things. The remuneration is governed by the tariff regulations, in particular by sections 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of the TVöD-BT-S. The enrollment of the enrolled office is expected to be carried out in the 9a TVöD payment group. Depending on the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 1 to 6 is regularly considered when setting. In addition to the table fee, further tariff benefits are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment (up to 13.8 salaries).
