Your tasks: As Head of Accounting / Head of Accounting (m/w/d), you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of all the company's financial and accounting processes. You ensure proper, transparent and timely financial reporting and ensure compliance with all legal and intra-group requirements. Complete studies in the field of financial and accounting, business management, controlling or comparable qualifications. Continuing training to the account holder, controller or comparable technical qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in a leading role in financial and accounting with increasing responsibility Knowledge of financial and accounting and the consolidation of business accounts Very good knowledge of legal accounting regulations and relevant standards (HGB, IFRS or comparable) Experience in budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning and financial analysis Secure handling of ERP systems, financial software and Microsoft 365 Experience in controlling final and audit processes Embossed analytical skills as well as structured and solution-oriented working High level of responsibility, integrity and discretion Leadership competence as well as strong communication and organisational ability Very good knowledge of German and English on C1 level
