Competent and timely preparation of wage and salary bills Support and further development of our salary-competence centre Digitalisation in the area of staff and wages Coordination and support of Digitisation projects at Mandant:inside Contact person:in the software used (e.g. DATEV Personal, DALY, DATEV LODAS, kanzlei.land) Separation of cutting points to staff and time systems in cooperation with external suppliers and clients: Preparation of guides, process descriptions and training materials Identification and implementation of innovative technologies (e.g. AI, chatbots, automation) Close cooperation in the reward expert: inner team as well as with our colleagues Participation in exciting projects, such as the introduction of DATEV Lohn

Completed training or completed studies in the field of business management or IT or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional practice in wage and salary accounting or in human resources Very good knowledge of the digitization and automation of wage processes as well as experience with interface connections Know-how in project management Embossed communication, consulting and organizational talent Innovation and openness to evaluate and deploy new technologies Teamability, coupled with an independent and structured way of working Standing for continuous training
