Ensuring the repair of EM systems, refurbishment of critical components and innovation of assemblies

Planning of the capacity for spare parts based on consumption data and the feed data for CPOI (Customer Pre-Owned Instruments)

Planning of customer repairs of systems and components

Capacity planning in bottlenecks and management of partners and SSC employees

Participation in the definition and implementation of new in-house repair concepts and strategies for product launches

Efficient production control and flow management based on stochastic data

Responsibility for WIP (work-in-progress) and fast production run (Lean Repair)

Introduction of special measures in case of malfunctions in repair

Construction and maintenance of work preparation

Introduction and monitoring of the use of SAP and ERP for production control

Responsibility for compliance with costs related to cost centers and project/production orders

Responsibility for the acceptance, testing and delivery of system-specific upgrades based on customer requirements/ wishes

Leadership of the field and control of employees by qualification and suitability

Successfully completed engineering studies (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable technical training

Additional qualifications in the field of project management or quality management are advantageous

Multiannual experience in managing personnel in assembly and repair

proven experience in the assembly and repair of electron and light microscopes or similar complex technical devices

Experience in handling SAP and ERP systems for production and process control

Excellent organizational skills to efficiently design and optimize complex work processes.

High attention for detail accuracy and the ability to set and maintain high quality standards

Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, customers and external partners

Flowing in English, both oral and written to be able to act safely in an international environment

Proactive approach to challenges and the ability to find quick and effective solutions

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve common goals.

Experience in the development and implementation of new processes for continuous improvement of processes
