Head of School Building Maintenance

Personnel management and management: You will guide your team from four school-house master teams as well as downstream 128 masters, housekeepers and cleaning staff motivating and value-adding. Coordination of the master care services: You control and design the processes around the master and cleaning services in school and administration buildings and are responsible for basic decisions and building-specific topics. Further development of processes, structures and standards: workflows and structures in the field of master care services are evaluated by you and continuously developed. You will establish clear and uniform standards for the work of the Schulhausmeister team managements. Site Responsibility and Procurement Management: As a location manager for the administration buildings of the school and sports office, you take over the procurements for the areas of building equipment as well as school house master and cleaning services outside the urban framework agreements. In addition, you act as a security officer and are responsible for fire protection and first aid workers in the administration buildings.

Qualification: You have completed university studies with a focus on facility management or a similar field of building entertainment. You are routined in dealing with Microsoft Office and understand how to strategically use digital tools to streamline processes in your area.
