Implementation of monthly wage and salary bills in compliance with statutory regulations and operational guidelines Managing and maintaining employee data in the HR system (e.g. master data management / recording of the return of new work contracts) Support for the time economy and the freight billing Processing of reporting and certification including correspondence Person responsible for social security institutions and authorities as well as our employees in all accounting matters Cooperation with other departments for smooth communication and process optimization

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in connection with initial contact points in personnel accounting First professional experience in HR processes is desirable As a team player you like to work both on the team and on your own, acting trustworthy and are extremely integer With strong communication strength and a secure sense for the needs of others, you stand for effective and transparent cooperation We extend the potential of knowledge to be learned (e.g. HR system knowledge or in wage and salary issues) through internal training and an individual plan to be able to work on the subject in peace and with sufficient time.
