The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit supporter of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,000 employees.

The SOS Children's Village Stuttgart – Children's and District Centre Fasanenhof includes a children's day and a district centre. In this way, we offer the families in the district, besides the care, support and education, a variety of programs and individual consultations for our visitors of all ages as well as an open café area for exchange. In both areas, we value a systemic and resource-oriented work with families. For our SOS-Kinderdorf Stuttgart we are looking for

in full time (38,5 hours/Where.) The district centre is a reliable starting point for families, parents, single parents, children and senior citizens from Monday to Friday. In the intercultural meeting place, people from the neighborhood have the opportunity to exchange and get help for self-help. You can also be consulted and find information about education and family life. With its low-swelling offers, the SOS-Kinderdorf Stuttgart aims to contribute to an improvement in the living conditions of the families in Stuttgart-Fasanenhof. For this purpose, the educational team develops and implements alternating project offers with volunteers on the topics of art and culture as well as education and empowerment. The open meeting and the social lunch table always remain an integral part. In the latter, visitors can enjoy freshly prepared dishes from our kitchen from 12.00 - 14.00 a day. Your tasks in the district centre include: Relationship work: You are open, interested and valued in contact with all visitors of the institution Organisation and implementation of offers for different target groups: You design and conduct offers in both open and small groups Parent work and family education: You organize and run welcome breakfasts on individual Sundays as well as family education offers such as Father-Kind meetings Management and Documentation: You support in the daily office process, e.g. by running logs, coordinating appointments and creating documentation Self-reflection: You reflect your professional pedagogical behavior in guidance talks and team sessions using systemic methods Child and care protection: You ensure a conscientious implementation of child protection and care protection

Studies in a relevant field (e.g. social work, pedagogy, cultural studies or similar fields of study) Interest in social work, education and/or cultural projects Communication strength and joy in working with people of different ages and backgrounds independent operation, reliability and team spirit good knowledge of popular MS Office applications and ideally experiences in dealing with social media professional handling of proximity and distance to the representatives
